Prices, forms of payment and services included

The rates offered by GMR in the management of the academic years in England, can be said to be among the most competitive within this market, thanks to our knowledge and close relationship both with the tutors or coordinators, and with the own schools.

We offer the possibility to do from one to three trimesters in a school in England, both in boarding school and in host families, and you can choose between private and public or private schools for the academic year.

Deposit: Add a deposit of € 1,600 to the expenses, which will be used to pay for books, uniforms, extra activities, etc. A quarterly report of the expenses that have been generated in the deposit will be sent and at the end of the program the remaining money will be returned to the parents.

Payment methods

• Deposit upon registration: € 2,500
• One month before the start of the course: 50% of the remaining amount
• December: the rest is paid

(for programs of one or two trimesters, a full month will be paid before the beginning of the course)

What are the fees for the school year?

• Accompaniment in travel according to the countries of origin or managing agency (consult your agency)
• Pick up at the airport on the day of arrival and transfer to the place of accommodation
• One year of health insurance
• One-year school fees
• Accommodation with carefully selected families, or in a student residence, with all meals included
• Assistance with the visa, if necessary
• Help in the purchase of the uniform and school supplies
• Help from a tutor, including all the previously detailed services
• Meetings every Saturday for international students, with English reinforcement classes and recreational activities and excursions

• Access to our very complete web-based communication platform, developed for school year programs in England by ourselves

What DOES NOT include school year fees?

Pocket money for the student:

The assigned tutors or coordinators can take charge of keeping the student’s pocket money during the school year, and administer it monthly. If the parents do not want to hire this service, they should inform GMR of how they are going to administer the money to their children, and how they are going to send it to them.

GMR recommends:

• Internal students:€ 100 per month
• Non-internal students:€ 140 per month

Keep in mind that this information is just a guide. If the parents or guardians and we agree, this sum will appear in the budget, and will be paid two weeks before the start of the course.
