Prices, forms of payment and services included

From 16,990 Euros for the full School Year, and 7,450 Euros for the School Trimester.All prices are shown individually on the school records of our website www.hscanada.netp>

Deposit: A deposit of ? 1,500 for the full year and ? 1,000 for the quarter to be used to pay for books, uniforms, extra activities, etc. must be added to the expenses. The customer area shows in great detail the evolution of the expenses that have been generated in the deposit, with all the tickets scanned in that area, and can be seen from mid-October already quite updated and up to date. At the end of the program, the remaining money will be returned to the parents.

Payment methods

  • Deposit upon registration: ? 2,500
  • Three months before the start of the course: first 50% of the remaining amount
  • One month before the start of the course: 50% of the remaining amount

(for programs of one or two trimesters, it will be paid all three months before the beginning of the course)

What are the fees for the school year?

  • Preparation sessions in Spain (mandatory).
  • Pick up at the airport on the day of arrival and transfer to the place of accommodation
  • Medical insurance processing.
  • One year of health insurance
  • One-year school fees at a public school (private rates separately)
  • Accommodation with carefully selected families, or in a student residence, with all meals included
  • Assistance with the visa, if necessary
  • Help in the purchase of the uniform and school supplies
  • Permanent assistance in Spain
  • Help from a tutor, including all the previously detailed services
  • 24-hour assistance in Canada and Emergency telephone number provided
  • Assistance in the management of airline tickets for holiday periods
  • Access to our web communication platform

What do NOT include school year fees?

  • Flights from Spain round trip or excess baggage.
  • Pocket Money for student personal expenses
  • Books, uniforms, dining room of the institute or similar
  • Interior trips in the destination country promoted or not by the school
  • Fees and expenses de gestión de visado (Embajada en París, Notarios, aproximadamente 250 euros)
  • Clases de apoyo de inglés o asignaturas particulares
  • Desplazamientos a las reuniones previas a la salida
  • Legalizar los resultados académicos (10 euros por documento)
  • Seguro de Cancelación, obligatorio para el evento de que no pueda realizarse finalmente el curso escolar incluso por razones académicas o de salud.
